When I first stepped into the role of trainer, I thought my job was simply to share knowledge. I’d prepare my materials, make sure my slides looked neat, and practice what I wanted to say. I assumed teaching was all about what I could give to others. But over time, I realized something humbling and beautiful: teaching is not a one-way street.
