But over the years, I’ve realized that success isn’t built in leaps; it’s built in the small, consistent steps we take every day. Early in my career as a freelancer and trainer, I sometimes ignored the little things. I would focus on “big wins” and overlook the small habits that quietly shaped my growth. But those small actions—writing clear emails, reviewing a presentation before sending it, dedicating 30 minutes to learning a new skill—added up.
